β-NMN
NMN (β-Nicotinamide mononucleotide), a derivative of niacin, is a nucleotide that serves as a precursor to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+).
NMN's primary functions include activating longevity proteins, inhibiting oxidative stress, and delaying aging. It also increasesNAD content, promotes cell energy metabolism, improves physical strength, and relieves fatigue.
